These terms apply when you use AI Launch Planner, generate a report, unlock a paid report, download a PDF, or contact support.
Service
AI Launch Planner is a digital report generation service for founders, students, freelancers, and small business owners. The service generates launch scorecards, validation steps, pricing experiments, launch copy, interview questions, and downloadable paid reports.
Accounts And Access
You may generate a report preview using an email address. Dashboard history, saved report access, and PDF downloads may require an account or active session. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for using an email address you control.
Pricing And Payments
The current one-time Launch Report price is INR 99. Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and paid report access is granted only after successful payment verification.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because reports are digital goods generated from user-provided inputs, refunds are limited to delivery failures, duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or verified technical issues.
No Professional Advice
Reports are informational planning aids. They are not legal, tax, financial, investment, accounting, medical, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for validating recommendations, complying with applicable laws, and making your own business decisions.
User Content
You retain ownership of the ideas and inputs you submit. You grant us permission to process those inputs only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. Do not submit information you do not have rights to share.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the service to generate unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful content. You must not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass payment, rate-limit, authentication, or access controls.
Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, network issues, database issues, payment processor downtime, or optional AI provider limitations.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, business losses, indirect damages, or decisions made based on generated reports.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes should first be raised with support so we can try to resolve them quickly.
