Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Window

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through the payment processor.

Eligible Refund Reasons

• Payment was captured but the paid report was not unlocked or delivered.
• The PDF download remains inaccessible after support has had a chance to troubleshoot.
• You were charged more than the displayed report price.
• A duplicate payment was captured for the same report and email address.
• A technical failure on our side prevented use of the paid report.

Not Eligible For Refund

• Change of mind after the report was generated or unlocked.
• Dissatisfaction with generated recommendations after report delivery.
• Incorrect, incomplete, or low-quality inputs provided by the user.
• Business outcomes, revenue, funding, traffic, signups, or launch results.
• Requests made more than 7 days after the payment date, unless required by law.

Cancellations

The Launch Report is a one-time purchase, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. If subscription plans are introduced later, cancellation instructions will be shown on the plan page and this policy will be updated.

How To Request A Refund

Email ailaunchplanner@gmail.com with your payment ID, report email, report link if available, and a short description of the issue. We usually review requests within 2 business days. Bank or payment processor timelines may take additional time after approval.
